Friday 4th November 2011 Dazed and Confused Somerset House
It was a star-studded night of champagne and canapés with celebrities Kate Moss, Michael Stipe, Dinos Chapman, Rankin, Gemma Arterton, Bobby Gillespie, Gareth Pugh, Jaime Winstone, Henry Holland, and the legendary Sir Peter Blake all in attendance for the Dazed 20th Anniversary Exhibition and Book Launch held earlier this month at Somerset House.
The exhibition, Making It Up As We Go Along, was curated by editor-in-chief Jefferson Hack and features the highlights of 20 years of groundbreaking fashion and features photography from Dazed & Confused magazine.

Monday 31st October 2011 Spooky Somerset House!!!
We pulled out all the stops with our molecular gastronomy showcase at Somerset House where we greeted guests with a full sized tree from which we hung canapés for them to ‘pick’.
This was followed by a feast of devilish delights such as dim sum of monkfish, jasmine black quinoa and chorizo caviar for mains and chocolate bubble with salt-toffee mousse, coconut and pomegranate caviar and yoghurt sauce for pudding.

Thursday 27th October 2011 Dunhill Event
We got in touch with our dark sides and threw some phantastic Halloween events this year such as the Dunhill annual Halloween celebration fuelled with gothic ghost stories, Black Russian cocktails and ghoulish canapés served on ravens’ feather trays.

Monday 10th October 2011 Venice in Peril Somerset House
The Somerset House Embankment Galleries provided the perfect backdrop for the Real Venice private view.
For over 40 years, the Venice in Peril Fund has disbursed millions of pounds for the restoration of Venetian monuments, buildings and works of art.
Bubble Food served canapés and champagne for 400 guests including Sir Norman Foster and Lady Foster, who curated the stunning photographic exhibition.

We put the wigs away and brought out the bowler hats for the EDF Energy annual party at Fabric in September.

Thursday 15th September 2011 On/Off Catwalk in Collaboration with Tuuli
Lee Lapthorne and Tuuli hosted an intimate Catwalk Dinner with VIPs such as Erin O'Connor, Pam Hogg, Katie Grand and La Roux at Rankin's Studio.
Sashying catwalk models made their glamorous way along Bubble Food’s spectacular table between the three courses of our molecular dinner offering, with molecular Absinthe cocktails served from Art Nouveau fountains.

Wednesday 20 July 2011 Save the Children 45 Millbank
Bubble Food was once again delighted to be able to help out at the annual Save The Children Charity event at 45 Millbank. Presided over by chief patron, HRH Princess Anne,
It was almost an extension of the Buckingham Palace Garden Party with hats and feathers and posh frocks abounding.
This worthwhile cause does much good work in assisting underprivileged children around the UK.

Saturday 16th July 2011 Barclays Capital & HP7 BFI IMAX
Barclays Capital once again treated their clients to an exclusive screening at the larger than life BFI IMAX in Waterloo.
Pre screening drinks and refreshments were accompanied by custom made Bar-Cap cup cakes and Bubble's own confectionery and the queue soon started forming at the doors to the theatre with eager guests waiting to run for that prime seat.

Thursday 14th July 2011 Molecular Tasting Dinner Altitude 360
Following the much publicised launch of Molecular Bubble, we were invited to create a wonderful four course fine dining menu in collaboration with our new partners, Altitude 360.
The venue enjoys stunning views over the Thames and provided the perfect backdrop for our breathtaking dinner which included our infamous Columbian Asparagus amuse-bouche.
The delighted guests had a fantastic time watching our skilful chefs get to grips with liquid nitrogen and other scientific equipment, in order to create their avant-garde delicacies, before enjoying the dishes for themselves.

Friday 8th July 2011 Faberge Somerset House
Faberge recently held a press conference at one of our newest accredited venues, Somerset House, to announce the launch of the new collection of high jewellery eggs.
Bubble Food steered clear of confusing the guests with an un-bejewelled eggy breakfast and instead served up a suitably sumptuous feast of champagne and caviar.

Saturday 2nd July 2011 The Polo Cup Watership Down
Bubble Food were very proud to support Polofix's fundraising efforts at the Watership Down Charity Polo Cup at Andrew Lloyd-Webber's estate on Saturday 2 July.
Amongst the 400 guests, we were delighted to see Prince Harry, who is a dab hand at a game of polo!
Between the matches Bubble provided a drinks and canapés reception, lunch and finally afternoon tea, serving up delicacies, such as the starter: smoked haddock profiterole with celeriac remoulade topped with a watercress and champagne dressing.
Luckily there was no need for a pudding 'ride off', as each guest also received their own delicious chocolate, almond and glazed pear tartlet!

Not a late night luxury shoe shopping spree but a very intimate dinner for 14 very exclusive guests at this fabulous store.
Hosted by PR company Spring London, guests enjoyed a luxury formal meal surrounded by heels of all sizes.

Friday 17th June 2011 All Seasons Launch Covent Garden
Not even a heavy down pour could dampen the spirits at this outdoor launch in Covent Garden's Piazza.
Hotel group Accor, launched their newest baby, All Seasons Hotels, a contemporary affordable and innovative chain with a definite youthful flavour.
Molecular canapés and cocktails were the order of the day with street entertainers and a huge pantechnicon housing a model hotel room, complete with a picket fenced garden ... and a lot of rain!

Thursday 16th June 2011 Freud Dinner Freud House
When Jack Freud approached Molecular Bubble with a proposal to supply a three course molecular fine dining menu for a fundraising dinner at the Freud Museum, we had no idea that we would be serving A list celebrities such as Helena Bonham-Carter and John Malkovich!
David Gilmore, Stephen Frears and Alain de Botton also attended the event, as did a very pleased Giles Coren who has been telling the Times all about our molecular gastronomy feast (check out our Press Page)!
We were very pleased to work in partnership with LVMH who provided Dom Perignon and Cloudy Bay wines which complemented dishes which included slow-cooked beef filet with cep pearls and root vegetable granola, finished off with a trio of caramel popcorn, chocolate cherry truffle explosion and pina colada spoons with coconut ravioli.
Ash Events very kindly provided all the production elements.
No wonder that, after dinner, some of the guests needed a nice lie down on Sigmund Freud's famous couch!

Thursday 14th April 2011 BMW Ambassador’s Evening Marsham Street Showroom
It’s the only one of its kind in the world and was unveiled to the VIP guests at an Ambassador’s evening at BMW Marsham Street.
The product was the prototype EX102 Rolls Royce electric limo - pure luxury and leather and all things hi-tech event the radiator mascot, the flying Lady, lights up blue.
This prestigious event was glided along by Champagne and canapés and Bubble Food's slick service.

Monday 11th April 2011 Russell Young VIP Dinner Scream Gallery, Bruton Street
The third exhibition by celebrated artist Russell Young is showing at Scream Gallery in Bruton Street.
His diamond dust screen prints of American icons collectively make up the American Envy exhibition with several images paying homage to Andy Warhol’s works.
The venue is excellent for intimate dinners and Bubble Food once again produced a superb dinner for select guests looked upon by Marilyn Monroe, Jackie O, Cassius Clay and friends

Saturday 9th April 2011 Le Comte Ory Opera at the IMAX
Saturdays Opera at the Imax turned out to be extremely busy with nearly all the food and drink consumed by the hungry guests - the sunny weather may have been to blame!
These events are proving to be extremely popular and by all accounts, patrons enjoyed the show as always and no, it was not Nuns on the Run but Rossini’s Le Comte Ory.

Thursday 7th April 2011 Red Riding Hood Premiere VUE Leicester Square
Amanda Syefried accompanied by her co-stars Max Irons and Shiloh Fernandez hit the rather apt red carpet for the premiere of Red Riding Hood, in Leicester Square.
Although now a more slightly adult version of the film, this Catherine Hardwicke re-make with a mainly Twilight brigade following, still attracted hoards of fans of all ages to the event and Bubble Food pampered the VIPs in its own special way with canapés and drinks.

High end, Italian ladies clothing brand Pinko, once again treated select clients to a first hand glimpse of their upcoming Summer ranges, at their London stores.
Designing partner, Mark Fast, from Canada, was showing his latest offerings and Bubble Food was there helping to make the whole shopping experience less painful with Champagne and canapés.

Wednesday 30th March 2011 Suckerpunch Premiere VUE Leicester Square
All eyes were on the beauties, as the five main stars of Suckerpunch hit the red carpet in Leicester Square for the premiere of this fantasy film which follows the adventures of an institutionalised young girl (Emily Browning) who uses a dream world to escape the grimness of her reality.
Bubble Food too cheered up the VIP’s with some rather healthy looking crudités and yummy snacks before they descended into the dream world that is Suckerpunch.

Sunday 27th March 2011 Rio Fun in the Foyer Empire Leicester Square
If you haven’t seen Rio yet, you’ve gotta go!
This awesome animation for the family was shown at the Empire to 1500 eager and mostly young patrons, with all the initial fun in the foyer antics, including colourful Samba dancers, skilful Capoeria athletes and Brazilian music to match.

Alexandra Burke and Jameela Jamil were among the celebs and guests celebrating the official arrival of British Summer at the annual Pimms Summer Party.
Entertainment and sideshows abounded and whatever the weather, the BBQ by Bubble Food was to go on.
An array of alarm clocks rang at midnight sounding in Summer and the 200 guests, well lubricated by Pimms No. 1 cup partied on into the night at this memorable occasion

Thursday 24th March 2011 Samsung Design Museum
Samsung’s "Now Project" ran throughout February 2011, allowing people to share their "Now" images that reflected their present time date and location.
These have been curated to create a visual census of the UK, ranging from the commonplace and the ordinary-right through to the unconventional and the unique.
The images signify the "Now" of the general public and top designers, musicians and celebrities and culminated in a celebration at The Space at the Design Museum with some rather "Now" canapés and drinks from Bubble Food!

Slight sadness filled the air, with the retirement of the current CEO of Youthnet, but the event had a happy side to it as well as the appointment of her replacement was celebrated.
Chairman and founder of Youthnet, ex BBC’s Martyn Lewis, gave a speech and most members of the organisation were on hand to say farewell to the old and hello to the new CEO whilst enjoying tasty morsels from the Bubble Food team.

Saturday 19th March 2011 Opera at the IMAX BFI IMAX
Mary Zimmerman’s production of Donizetti’s ‘Lucia di Lammermoor’ was the dramatic live-feed Opera from the NY Met, screened at the BFI IMAX.
The same familiar faces seem to appear at most of the season's screenings proving its popularity with the opera buffs and the food and bubbly from Bubble Food helped make these events even more luxurious than they already are.

Wednesday 16th March 2011 CWR Book Launch Directors Suite, Science Museum
International author, speaker and mentor, Jeff Lucas, in collaboration with publishing and training organisation, CWR, launched two new books and a DVD at the Science Museum.
Guests enjoyed a tour of the flight centre at the museum before enjoying canapés and ‘mocktails’ followed by a presentation by Jeff Lucas.

Monday 14th March 2011 Italian Trade Commission & Central St. Martins Collaboration Central St. Martins College
The annual collaboration between the Italian Trade Commission and CSM took place at the Lethaby Gallery.
BA students showcased their creative menswear designs, influenced by the iconic 80’s Italian design movement, Memphis.
The results were amazing and the evening a great success.
Authentic Italian canapés by Bubble Food accompanied the Italian wines and Prosecco.

Method Design Lab’s new enterprise launch at the Innovation Centre, Central St. Martins College of Design, saw a full house of IT marketing, development specialists and press representatives present for the conference and Q&A session.
This new venture will help springboard up and coming designers' ideas into the commercial world with all available expert assistance.

Tuesday 1st March 2011 Good Housekeeping Drawing in Fashion Design Museum
Traditional afternoon tea and cake was the order of the day for seventy sophisticated ladies (and one man!) at the Good Housekeeping ‘Drawing in Fashion’ event at The Space, down at the Design Museum in Shad Thames.
The views of the river were no match for the tasty morsels conjured up by Bubble Food and after a somewhat lengthy speech on the history of the museum and fashion drawing, by Michael from the museum, guests were treated to the magnificent exhibition currently on show.

Tuesday 1st March 2011 Thought up in Barcelona Design Museum
Barcelona’s design driven atmosphere is fully represented in the second edition of all things creative directory,’ Thought up in Barcelona 2’.
Perfectly matched with the surrounds of The Space at the Design Museum, the book launch took place with Spain represented by it’s publishers and the deputy mayor of Barcelona on hand for a short speech.
Bubble Food kept the theme flowing with authentic Spanish tapas, washed down with white and red Rioja.

Tuesday 15th February 2011 Richard Slatter Exhibition Chelsea Future Space
Sculptor, Richard Slatter, was the centre of attention at the first of Chelsea Future Space’s viewings for 2011.
Notable members of the art world and Arts College hierarchy were present to celebrate the magnificent castings and sculptures on display at Grosvenor Waterside in Chelsea.

Saturday 12th February 2011 Opera - Nixon in China BFI IMAX Waterloo
Opera mania arrived at the BFI IMAX once again with the live feed of ‘Nixon in China’, direct from the Met in New York.
This minimalist 1987 work, by American composer John Adams, tells the story of Richard Nixon’s official trip to China in 1972 when he met Chairman Mao Zedong.
Guests were able to enjoy the experience with a glass of bubbly and some tasty snacks from Bubble Food.

Saturday 12th February 2011 Pre-BAFTA Luncheon Party Corinthia Hotel
On the eve of the BAFTA awards, the new Corinthia Hotel London, celebrated the success of Momentum Pictures' BAFTA nominated films by hosting an exclusive lunch in what is to be London's newest 5-star luxury hotel, kicking off the most important weekend for the UK film industry.
The venue was awash with stars including Colin Firth, Amy Adams, Noomi Rapace, Felicity Jones and top Hollywood executives who toasted the success of The King's Speech, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Another Year and The Fighter with themed cocktails and delicious food from Bubble Food.

MCM in Sloane St. hosted another networking event at their flagship store. The timing was meticulous as it fell within the realms of the Chinese New Year as well as the launch of a new designer range of hand luggage.
World renowned contemporary artist, Craig Redmond has designed a fresh and colourful new range, giving MCM a new angle in the market.

The creative light behind Links of London, Annoushka Ducas and now her own eponymous jewellery label Annoushka, celebrated 20 years in the business with a gathering of 100 guests at the prestigious Sloane Square store in association with Country & Townhouse magazine.
Only a year old, this new brand has already made concession inroads into all the major stores in London.
Bubble Food pulled out all the stops with the canapés and guests enjoyed Moet and apple Collins cocktails to boot.

The annual Design Ventura Awards took place at the Design Museum’s Space this month.
Several schools competed for the £1000 prize and the opportunity to manufacture and sell their design in the Museum's prestigious shop.
Competitors enjoyed party food supplied by Bubble Food and the worthy winners jumped for joy when the results were announced.

Wednesday 26th January 2011 Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Dame Paula Rego
Hoxton Square saw selected guests attend this event at the magnificent new London HQ of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
Situated right next to the White Cube, the venue houses some of the finest works of art by celebrated Portuguese artist, Dame Paula Rego.
One of her newest works was on display and a specially commissioned menu of Portuguese themed canapés were served to the guests by the Bubble Food team.

Distinguished alumni and industry leaders of the Arts world attended a prestigious dinner in the stunning surrounds of the Zabludowicz Collection art space for a discussion on ‘the support of emerging art and design in the current economic climate’.
The dinenr was hosted by Nigel Carrington and Anita Zabludowicz, in conjunction with the University of the Arts, London.
Bubble Food provided the amazing food all washed down with some rather good wines.

Sunday 23rd January 2011 Sketch post-Christmas Party Design Museum Space
It seemed Christmas was not over yet judging by the jolly goings on at the annual Sketch Christmas party for their staff, down at the Design Museum in January.
Far removed from their Conduit St restaurant in Mayfair, the serene and picturesque surrounds of Tower Bridge and the Thames was a perfect location for guests to lose themselves in a little Xmas frolic and enjoy the fantastic food and drinks by Bubble Food.
Success? … They just didn’t want to leave!

Friday 21st January 2011 Deadspace 2 Launch - Visceral Games The Crypt in Clerkenwell
The brilliant and slightly sinister venue, The Crypt, was the perfect setting for the launch of video game Deadspace 2.
Game reviewers had a chance to try the game after listening to a frame by frame commentary on its development by its creator.
Guests magnetized by the fun they were having, stayed on for hours into the night and scary Bubble Food staff kept them fuelled with canapés and drinks before an repetitive strain injury set in!
