Our Head Chef, Alejandro Diaz, has a passion for global cuisine, stylish food design and creative
presentation.
Alejandro studied gastronomy at the Collège LaSalle in Montréal,
Canada and has worked in several award-winning restaurants and 5-star hotels
around the globe such as La Maison Rochette in Geneva, Monteprimero in
Switzerland, Interconti Group and Zilli Fish in London.
Alejandro mixes a classical training with a fresh vibrant twist and has a wealth of experience in managing large
teams of chefs for major functions with military precision. He is fast becoming
well-known in the event industry for his innovative and trend-setting molecular gastronomy menus.
