"Official thank you card to follow but thought I would drop you a quick note to say thanks so much. You were my rock through the whole process. You were the first caterer that I spoke to and never actually got a quote from anyone else as I felt you understood my needs from the moment we spoke. Despite it being such a small booking in the grander scheme of things, I felt very special. You were at the end of the phone all the time, in fact, I don't think I ever even had to leave a message for you once!
Everyone commented on the food (even my Mum and Dad loved it), I have actually been asked by about five different guests for the recipe for the Shepherd's Pie if your chefs would be willing to share! All the of the staff working the event were extremely helpful and friendly which is great, I know from working in the hotel industry how hard it is to find staff with the right attitude.
Your knowledge and advice on the venue was invaluable and not sure how you managed to convince them to light the candles but that made my evening. I had such a short time to organise this wedding and everydetail that you were involved in was perfect.
I would recommend Bubble Food and you as the project manager in a heart beat!

"I just wanted to thank you for your efforts which helped make our Nokia event such a great success.
I can’t even begin to imagine the challenges involved when catering for 3000 guests but the Bubble team really rose to the occasion.
We loved the great creative catering and the excellent choice of foods which were well presented. The bowl food was a really good idea - far better than a buffet service, and we would definitely do this again. For once, there was lots of food available, which was great in that it didn’t run out!
The molecular bar was an excellent taste and visual experience for the guests and something innovative and new.
Whilst the crowds made it difficult for some of the waiting staff to move around easily with large trays, the guests were all well fed and thoroughly enjoyed the evening

It was great to finally be able to put a face to the names and to meet you guys. As I mentioned last night, I was blown away by your food… having never tasted this style before.
I would really love to use molecular food as soon as possible at one of my events so will be enthusiastically trying to convince my clients from now on… I am presuming that you would be able to organise tastings if I am successful in my efforts? The thing that gets me, is that there is very rarely anything new and original that I ever see… it's usually just something that has been re-hashed or re-worked to appears that way… but in the entire history of mankind this way of cooking (or 'preparing' - is 'cooking' the right word?) has never been done before, it's groundbreaking stuff, and something I am very keen to be involved in.. it matches very well with the concept of Crimson Edge.
